Designed for new parents and their little ones. The first half of this class focuses on gentle Pilates exercises that enhance core stability, improve posture and support postpartum recovery while strengthening weakened muscles through low impact and specialized movement. In the second half, a playgroup for baby to explore & socialize,and parents to relax & connect with others. This is the perfect blend of fitness, fun, and friendship.
