Formerly called Yogalates, this is a fun, full body workout that combines traditional Pilates principles with light weights and resistance bands to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance muscle definition. This is a technique-focused class that emphasizes controlled movement, proper alignment, and deep core engagement while flowing through weighted upper-body, lower-body, and core sequences. Previous experience in Yogalates encouraged, but not necessary.
