This is a 45-minute, circuit-style strength training class designed for expecting or new parents. These classes will focus on building strength, stability and endurance while addressing the unique physical needs during and after pregnancy. This is a tailored exercise class focusing on core, pelvic floor, glutes, and back to support body through each transition and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

*Children under 18 months are welcome
