*This class is open to ALL participants who might want a workout on their lunch break but we focus on pre and postnatal strength.*

This is a 45-minute strength training class designed for expecting or new parents. These classes will focus on building strength, stability and endurance while addressing the unique physical needs during and after pregnancy. This is a tailored exercise class focusing on core, pelvic floor, glutes and back to support body through each transition and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

*Children 2 and under are welcome
