Mondays @ 6:45 pm + Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm (with Susie)

This is a NEW 30-minute, circuit-style strength training class! We will incorporate dumbbells, slam-balls, core exercises, and the occasional burst of low-impact cardio to get our hearts pumping and our muscles working, all in a supportive and body-positive environment. This class is ideal for those who are looking to incorporate strength workouts into their weekly routines, but feel intimidated by the gym, or are unsure of where to start.
