These gentle, breezy classes are perfect for the summer months! These classes are 75 minutes. Participants will warm-up with a variety of Sun Salutations, then move on to practice physical postures that open and expand in preparation for pranayama and meditation. These classes offer variations and utilise a variety of props such as chairs, blocks, wall, bolsters.

Participants must register 24 hours ahead of class. We need a minimum of 4 participants to run the practice. Thank you for your understanding!
